Main features of This 4 axis hot wire foam cutter:
has 4 independent axis, two Y axis can work separately.
equipped with computer and software, software is installed in machine computer, when customer receive his machine, can operate directly.
with turn table for 3d polystyrene foam cutting, when turnt table work, this machine will become 5 axis cnc foam cutter.
with multi wire, can hang 10 heating wires maximum, with multi wire working, can finish 10 same pieces of foam work, upgrade cutting efficiency.

eps, styrofoam, eps, xps etc.

Control Cabinet of horizontal foam cutter:
this machine use stepper driver and motor, standard 4 axis foam cutter is with 4 sets stepper motor and driver. if with turn table, 1 more stepper driver and motor is installed for 3d foam cutting. inside the cabinet, also install plug for computer and display connection.
10kw Heating device: generally we will use 10kw heating device for multi wire foam hot wire cutter, especially the cutter with 1 meter copper pipe and hang 10 wires at the same. If hange 5 heating wire, we will use 5kw heating device, and provide 1kw heating device for single wire foam cutter.
