Differences in processing methods:

The amplitude of the pneumatic vibrating knife cutting machine is relatively large, up to about 10mm, but the frequency of the pneumatic vibrating knife is slightly slower, with a maximum of about 12,000 times per minute.

The electric vibration knife uses a motor to drive the blade to vibrate. Compared with the pneumatic vibration knife cutting machine, the amplitude of the electric oscillating knife cutting machine is relatively small, ranging from about 1 to 3 mm, but the vibration frequency is higher, up to more than 20,000 times per minute, which is more advantageous in processing materials with higher hardness.

Different operation costs:

In addition to the usage, another major difference between pneumatic knives and electric knives is the cost. In addition to the tool, the pneumatic vibration knife digital cutting machine also needs to purchase an air compressor, so the cost is slightly more expensive, which is the purchase cost. In terms of use cost, the daily electricity consumption of the air compressor of the pneumatic vibration knife cutter will also be higher than that of the electric vibration knife, so the long-term use cost is also higher.

On the other hand, as a vibration knife, whether pneumatic or electric, the blade head needs to be replaced frequently, and there is no difference between the two. In terms of maintenance, the maintenance costs of different manufacturers are different. Some are fast and charge high fees for door-to-door repairs, while others charge less fees for sending them back to the manufacturer for repair, so the maintenance costs are difficult to compare.

In general, pneumatic vibration knives cutter are more suitable for cutting thick, flexible, and highly elastic materials, such as sponges and foam boards. Of course, the processing requirements here are very flexible. Even materials with low thickness but high elasticity can be overlapped and cut with pneumatic vibration knives cutter. Electric vibration knife cutting machine are more suitable for cutting thin and low hardness materials, such as PVC and KT boards.
